Validity Period: 1 year from date of purchase

Eligibility: Mamabox E-Gift Card Recipients

Value of gift card: As per value purchased and reflected in email address of recipient.

Purchase of Mamabox E-Gift Gift Card :

Purchase of Mamabox E-Gift Card is available online at www.mamabox.sg only.

At the point of online checkout for the purchase of the E-Gift Card, customer is required to key in the email address where the E-Gift Card is to be sent to.

The E-Gift Card (in its unique code) will be sent to the email address provided.

Mamabox platform (Platform) promo codes and existing issued E-Gift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of new E-Gift Cards.

The E-Gift Card is transferrable.

The purchase of E-Gift Card is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash in all circumstances, including where the wrong email address is keyed in.

Any request to a change to the email address is subject to Mamabox’s sole and absolute discretion.

Use of Mamabox E-Gift Cards:

Each E-Gift Card is valid for one-time use on www.mamabox.sg

Only 1 E-Gift Card can be used per transaction, with no minimum spend amount required.

To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter the unique code of your E-Gift Card in the “Gift Card” field at check-out.

Once the E-Gift Card is redeemed:

(a) any unused balance will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other goods/ items;

(b) there will be no refund of the E-Gift Card even if the purchase transaction (in which the E-Gift Card was used) is cancelled or refunded.

A E-Gift Card is valid for One (1) year from the date of purchase. Refer to the email with the E-Gift Card unique code for the relevant E-Gift Card’s validity period. There will be no extension of the validity period.

E-Gift Card must be redeemed within the validity period; unused Gift Cards beyond this validity period will not be refunded or exchanged for cash, credit or other goods/ items.

After the E-Gift Card expires, the stored value of such expired E-Gift Card shall be forfeited and Mamabox have the right to deal with such expired stored value in any manner as it deems fit in its absolute discretion.

The stored value of the E-Gift Card (or any part thereof, including any unutilized portion) (i) is not refundable in any currency; (ii) cannot be withdrawn in exchange for any currency; and (iii) cannot be exchanged for any form of cash or credit.

Mamabox reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice, and such amendments shall be effective upon publication of the amended version of these terms & conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law.
