OFFICIAL RULES!

LUCKY DRAW DESCRIPTION: The Feastables Blue Wave $10k Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) begins on June 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Singapore Time (GMT +8) and ends on July 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Singapore Time (GMT +8).

At the end of the Lucky Draw Period, one (1) $10K Cash Prize winner and one hundred (100) Adventure Cove Tickets winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received throughout the Lucky Draw Period, as described herein.

Entry in the Lucky Draw does not constitute entry into any other promotion or contest. By participating in the Lucky Draw, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mamabox Corporation Pte Ltd, 4008 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, #02-15, Techplace 1, Singapore (569625), (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: The Lucky Draw is open to participants from all countries who are sixteen (16) years of age or older. Entrants who are under sixteen (<16) years of age (a ‘minor’) must have a parent/legal guardian’s permission to participate in the Lucky Draw. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, MrBeast, participating retailers and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and influencers (collectively, the “Lucky Draw Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Lucky Draw or win a prize.

PRIZE COLLECTION: The $10K Cash Prize and Adventure Cove Waterpark Ticket Prizes must be collected in person at the Mamabox office in Singapore. Prize winners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses to collect their prizes.

HOW TO ENTER:

• Feastables Purchase at Retail. During the Lucky Draw Period, visit any retailer and purchase Feastables product(s). Then, using your mobile phone, take a photo of your store receipt that clearly includes the date, store name/location and eligible Feastables product(s) purchased. Scan the QR code on the Feastables product or visit https://mamabox.sg/pages/feastables-form and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Lucky Draw online entry form, upload your store receipt and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Entry Period drawing corresponding to the of your purchase for each individual product purchased (up to the maximum of five (5) entries per day).


• Limit to five (5) entries per person, per day, for the duration of the Lucky Draw Period. All entries received from any person that exceed the stated limitation will be disqualified. For purposes of these Official Rules, a ‘day’ is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Lucky Draw Period beginning at 12:00 a.m. and ending twenty-four (24) hours later at 11:59 p.m.


• All entries must be received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein in order to participate. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this Lucky Draw. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Lucky Draw Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Lucky Draw or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Lucky Draw. The Lucky Draw Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On 8th August, 2024, prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for one (1) Lucky Draw Period Grand Prize winner and one hundred (100) Adventure Cove Waterpark Ticket winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Lucky Draw Period. The potential prize winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. In the event the winner is a minor, such winner’s parent/legal guardian must also sign any required prize claim documents on behalf of the winner. If such documents are not returned within the specified time-period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of each prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If a potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. If a potential winner is a minor, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. The odds of winning the Lucky Draw Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Lucky Draw Period.

If If any participant were found to have duplicate or fraudulent entries, the entire submission by the participant would be deemed void.

Only purchases made from official sellers of Feastables in Singapore will be permitted entry into the Mr.Beast Feastables $10K Lucky Draw. Please see below the list of official retailers and sellers recognised: 7-Eleven, Fairprice, Cheers, Sheng Siong, Golden Village, Shaw Theater, Popular, Candylicious, Redmart, Mamabox Official shop in Shopee (mamaboxsg, feastablessg), Lazada (mamaboxsg, feastablessg) or TikTok (mamaboxsg).

PRIZES:

One (1) Cash Prize consists of $10,000.

One hundred (100) Adventure Cove Waterpark Ticket Prizes are available.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize.

GENERAL: Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s (and, in the case of an eligible minor winner, such minor winner’s parent/legal guardian on their behalf) permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants (and, in the case of an eligible minor entrant, such minor entrant’s parent/legal guardian on their behalf) agree that the Lucky Draw Entities to the extent permissible by law (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Lucky Draw or any Lucky Draw-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. However, nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude the Lucky Draw Entities' liability for death or personal injury causes by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not, as a matter of law, be limited or excluded.

Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Lucky Draw, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Lucky Draw, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Lucky Draw if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Lucky Draw is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Lucky Draw as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding a prize or continuing with the Lucky Draw as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Lucky Draw. If the Lucky Draw is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Lucky Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Singapore without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
