Characteristics: Vibrant and full red reflective colour. Intense and excellent aromas, fruity with notes of cherry, and amareno cherry, spicy notes with cacao and vanilla. Dry, warm and soft tasting, elegant tanins, very persistent.

Suggested Food Pairing: Excellent with roasted or grilled red meat, particully game and cheese. with all fine cuisine or as a meditative wine

Serving Temperature: 18-20°C
