Feastables Fiesta PS5 Giveaway

The Feastables Fiesta PS5 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on June 15, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Singapore Time (GMT+8) and ends on July 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Singapore Time (GMT+8) (the “Giveaway Period”).

At the end of the Giveaway Period, two (2) winners will be randomly selected to receive a custom Limited Edition Feastables-themed PS5 Console.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of and agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Mamabox Corporation Pte Ltd, 4008 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, #02-15, Techplace 1, Singapore (569625) (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Singapore aged sixteen (16) years or older. Participants under the age of 16 must have parental or legal guardian consent.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, participants must:

Follow the official @Feastables Singapore account on Facebook.
Like the official giveaway post.
Purchase any Feastables product from Mamabox Official Distribution channels: https://mamabox.sg/pages/shop-more
Comment on the giveaway post.

Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.

All steps must be completed during the Giveaway Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

Orders that are part of any free product promotion or major price-drop flash sales (e.g., e-commerce “Feastables Mr.Beast Chocolate 10,000 FREE Bars Campaign - Just Pay $4.90 Shipping" or "$2 Deal + Buy 1 Free 1") will not be considered valid entries.

All entries must comply with Facebook’s Community Guidelines.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected by the end of July 2025 from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Facebook. They must respond within 48 hours with their contact details. Failure to respond in time will result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.

If a selected winner is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must sign a release form before the prize can be awarded.

PRIZES:

Two (2) Grand Prizes:

Each winner will receive one (1) custom Limited Edition Feastables-themed Sony PS5 Console.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
No substitutions are allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Prize includes console hardware only; games and subscriptions are not included.

PRIZE DELIVERY:

Prizes must be redeemed in person at the Mamabox office. Winners may be required to participate in a photo-taking session or other promotional activity upon request.

The prize will not be shipped. Failure to redeem the prize within the specified period may result in forfeiture.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize.

Participants agree that the Sponsor may use the winners’ names, likenesses, and submitted content for promotional purposes on social media and online, without further compensation.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in a disruptive or unethical manner.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Sony.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
